If you’ve received Camplify Credit and would like to use it for your next booking, follow these simple steps:
1.Log in to Your Account
Go to the Camplify website and log in using your registered email and password.
2.Navigate to Bookings
After logging in, head to the “Bookings” section where you can view both your active and past bookings.
3.Select Your Booking
Find the booking that shows “Pay deposit now to confirm booking” and click on it to continue.
4.Go to the Confirm Booking Page
On the “Confirm Booking” page, you’ll see a message indicating that you have available credit. This will appear near the payment options.
5.Apply Your Credit
Click on “Apply Credit to Booking” to use your available credit towards the cost of your booking.
6.Pay Any Remaining Balance
If your credit doesn’t cover the full cost, you’ll be prompted to enter your card details to pay the remaining balance. Fill in your payment information to complete the transaction.
