“Floor was covered in dirt and grass, table top was filthy when wiped over. Beside cupboards were filthy with dust, dirt, hair, fingernail clippings. ”

“We hired the van, and on initial collection and setup everything was great. The first night of a 3 night hired the van leaked all over the main bed, wetting bedding and anything on the floor. We contacted 3 burrows and struggled to get a response, but thwy acknowlegded they we aware of a leak - we had someone attend the site who gave us a bucket and enquired about anything else. We explained the fridge was also leaking/not staying cool and asked him to check - this is when qe were informed the van had been in for a fridge repaired and they'd had nothing but issues. To knowingly hire the van with significant leaks and a non-opertional fridge was frustrating, but to also be offered no alternative after we asked (we stayed 20 mins from hire location) no apology or no offer of compensation really topped it off. We cut the holiday short after our milk spoiled on night 2 of no fridge; and took our young children home to get warm and dry. ”
