Our holiday was great having the van.

Weve spent quite a bit of time in vans and this one really met our expectations in terms of comfort and functionality. The north south bed is the only way to go, and the kids were comfortable in their bunks. The van was set up so well, we really only needed to bring our food, clothes and linen - it had all the crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans - the air fryer was an added bonus and was a really decent one to cook up our hash browns for the morning! There are wear and tear items on the van, but its a rental and its to be expected. Importantly though, everything we needed worked and our trip was a heap of fun. Highly recommend!

We picked up the van, it was filthy. The outside had not been washed. Inside was even worse. Not one surface was wiped down. The toilet was covered in urine. I had to stay in this with my family, 2 of which are young children. I spent over an hour cleaning the inside, wiping surfaces and cleaning a strangers urine of the toilet. The bucket was black after cleaning. Was very disappointed. Also the van was supposed to come with everything to not stress and relax. The random cups, plates, utensils and appliances and BBQ was filthy! I ended up taking our own things as I was not using any of the items provided. I am hoping for a refund of some money as they charge you a cleaning internal fee, an external cleaning fee and a toilet cleaning fee. I should be charging them one. We dropped the van back in better condition then when we picked it up.
