This Van is great. Everything working well
The team were fabulous to work with. I really liked how they sent videos of the set up of the van and had qr codes on things like the fridge for if you needed more information

What a cracker of a van! New, fresh, comfortable and very modern. Three Burrows and the team made the whole hiring process easy. Had a great experience. Definitely will rent again with Three Burrows.
Although the van was a 2023 model there were some major issues that really effected our trip. Step broke - poor frame screw gave way. I had to visit Bunnings to get some bolts & nuts to fix. My partner nearly did her knee when it gave way. Loose wire on water pump. Had to work out what the issue was as it was not always working. No key for outside drop down table so couldnt use it which was very annoying. No camp table supplied so I had to purchase one from Bunnings. Another trip there. Water leaks in middle bunk window which wet middle and bottom mattresses in heavy rain. No tv remote supplied so we tried to use it without the remote but gave up so no Aussie open to watch, too hard to tune without remote. In our first day the side of the seat side came loose and was loose the entire trip. I think better organisation from three burrows could have helped making sure all was in order before picking up the van. I was very appreciative of the reimbursement they provided back for the items I purchased from Bunnings.
