Had all that we needed.

The RV was a little tired, which we didnt mind. The handover was quick and we were told everything we needed was in the manual, and that they were only a phone call away if issues arose. They even provided a power adaptor at no extra cost. It wasnt especially clean, but we were still excited for our first RV holiday. That excitement lasted about seven minutes. Once we stopped for supplies, we discovered the vehicle would not lock. From that point on, the problems only escalated. The hot water did not work, and the RV was not waterproof a serious issue during summer QLD storms. As a result, the mattress became wet during our 10-day hire. We used all four towels we hired in an attempt to manage the water, limit the damage. Despite contacting the owners just seven minutes into the hire regarding the locking issue, we received no support for the entire duration of the hire only hearing back after the RV had been returned. There were a few other minor issues, but the inability to lock the vehicle, lack of hot water, and water leaks were deal-breakers. We would have liked our first Camplify experience to be a positive one, but unfortunately it wasnt. We were repeatedly told by 3 Burrows that this is a budget RV, however these issues were present during our hire regardless of whether they have since been fixed. A dispute has been raised. The offer of $130 off a future hire with the same owner was disappointing and not appropriate given the circumstances. We would not hire from them again and would caution others to think carefully before doing so.

Took this van for a quick getaway to Byron Bay. It was perfect for our off-grid needs. The 3 Burrows team were prompt and professional and always willing to take my calls full of questions.

Comfy and cosy, all amenities working and clean. Road side assistance was great to deal with and very helpful. Written/posted instructions in van would have been helpful.
