Badger RV Windbreaker 21.6F (Yellow)

All was good until there was no fix for the gas hot water. Luckily we had taken a generator. Other than that everything worked as expected.

This was our first holiday in a caravan. We had a blast and will definitely hire again from 3 Burrows.

The van is exactly as expected, went well for the 6 days we had it. It def was not 'clean' it was tidy however there was burnt food in the oven tray, finger prints all over the bath room and marks all over the inside van, which was easy to clean. I made sure when I cleaned it that was all tidy for the next person who hires it but its a shame the same standard was not given to me. The communication from the 3 Burrows was average. The handover took nearly 2 hrs because the lights weren't working when they were plugged in to set up, then it was alleged there was something wrong with our connection, then it was found they forced the plug in too far when they connected it up causing the pins to fold into itself. After that was fixed, we drove away 1 hr into onto trip I received a text message saying oh BTW the toilet doesn't flush. I was not impressed at all.

Towing and going camping for the first time. Really great and smooth experience. Brendon and his team are experts. They know their stuff. Great dealing with the company and the process. The van was great except minor problem locking door which is being fixed. Overall great experience. Already planning next trip with Brendon and team.

The Badger was an awesome van, fit our big family no worries. Was a little disappointed with the cleanliness when it was handed over to us and the contents inside the van. Luckily we chose to collect the van a couple days before our holiday because we spent all of New Years Eve cleaning the inside of the van from top to bottom as it had a bad smell and was definitely not what I call clean, the mattress protectors werent even washed, the frypan still had left over food dribbled down the outside, the cupboards had sand in them and look like they hadnt been wiped out for a while, the van is riddled with ants, no matter how many times we sprayed every nook and cranny they just kept coming out of everywhere so we couldnt keep our food in the cupboards. We decided to take all their stuff out and put all our own things in there because there wasnt enough of everything and not all the things we needed for a week away. Three Burrows communication was great, very friendly, quick responses and helpful throughout the whole process.
