Condor Caravan Quad Bunk 24F

Very easy pick up and drop off. Van was fantastic. Our family of 5 fit easily. We all had a great experience using this van. Will be sure to book again.

Out of all of the vans this one was easiest to tow, the aircon worked great We were off-line camping and had no issues with water or power Very comfortably fit 7 of us

We had the most beautiful holiday which was made super easy by the wonderful people of three burrows

First time trying a caravan and we loved it. Three burrows were extremely easy to deal with and really helpful. Vans description was accurate (only call out here is some of the power points inside the van arent in logical spots and were up really high on the bench and the kettle cord wouldnt reach it) and it was nice and clean.

The van is very deteriorated and needs a lot of things fixed on it. The water pressure dribbles out (to the point where we couldn't even use the shower, had to use the public showers), lots of the windows have broken gas strut arms and the main bed (making it awfully difficult to lift). The front tunnel boot left door has two broken hinges (my Husband was only made aware of this when it opened as he was driving), I then messaged the owners to be told they were already aware of it. This was extremely dangerous and should been fixed prior to pick up. Fridge also doesn't seal properly causing our food to spoil and be drenched in condensation, it also leaks onto the floor. We were messaged the day of pick up advising they would deliver our Caravan to Sandstone Point as they were going there anyways. This wouldn't of worked as we were taking it home to pack it and our reservation wasn't until the next day. She then asked if we could arrive earlier for pick up as her husband was waiting around (the other pick caravans were picked up at 7am and 8am. Now he was waiting around for our pick up time of 11am). We selected this pick up time weeks before as it suited my husband with work and traffic. I then had to call him to leave work earlier to collect the van, this then meant our business was losing money. The pick up was rushed and the guy barely explained everything, he then left the caravan keys in the caravan door instead of handing them to my husband. The caravan mirrors we also hired that the guy installed scratched my husbands Ute side mirrors where they were installed. Definitely not worth the price we paid for hire.

I would stay away from these operators. Bad smelling caravan. Unhelpful attitude of the owners, bad communications and caravans in shambles. The one we bought had the awning attached at one end by a crappy patch job. Totally insecure. Most of the mosquito blinds were pool quality and broken. Cheap useless materials offered for the toilet and when asked why the Comments were do you know how expensive the blue stuff is? (Talking about the blue and green bottles for toilet management). They make it really hard to return enforcing you to add more days to suit their schedule. Its a business mate!! Should be working to suit the customer! Overall, not an experience we had planned for and not returning to this lot. The old mate kept swearing (at pickup) at the last lot that had dropped the caravan last evening stating they didnt clean it. We did not need to hear that as to how they bash their customers. Completely unprofessional.

We had a great time plenty of room for our family of 6. Quick and easy pick up and set up when going to the next destination on our 2.5 week holiday.

My daughter and I and 4 sons. Aged 4,6,9 and 12 had plenty of room this is not a fault but the ways the quad bunks are set up make sure you put the younger children on the side where the washing machine is as there is not much head room for bigger children but the people from Three bUrrow were helpful went out of their way to help when we had a issue trying to put the awning back up due to high wind would 100% hire from them again

The van was great we had an amazing family break in the comfort of this van. Three Burrows was excellent to deal with, will definitely use them again.

If youre looking for luxury on wheels, then this is the caravan for you!! We absolutely loved this van! This was our first family holiday and first time using a caravan, and it exceeded all of our expectations. We will definitely be looking at hiring this again! The team from three burrows adventure hire were amazing also!
